Mr. Empinado worked with me for almost 4 + years. During that time, he has shown a high expertise in Technical skills and Leadership skills. He has also displayed a natural ability to provide some of the best customer service I have seen. He has a "get it done attitude and follows up on making sure the customer is satisfied. His customer, Oak Harbor Naval Hospital, looked to Mr. Empinado as a leader in all facets of his responsibilities from equipment purchases to High –end equipment repairs. There was no challenge that could stop him. He can move easily into a leadership position as his past experiences will attest. UHS was a valuable asset having Elbert as part of the company’s Technical Services team.
