Working with Elber for the last 4 years has allowed me to enjoy his passionate and well thought out approach to new product introduction. His experience / understanding from the manufacturing floor to that of high level business needs has been effective when delivering projects on time and in full. Elber is able to seek the priorities and use his excellent communication skills to keep key stake holders informed for successful project implementation, from concept at M1 through to M6.

During my assignment at Ultimaker I got to know Elber as an enthousiast team member with a strong can do mentality. Always seeking new possibilities and ways to improve the business. His personality made him an easy going and pleasant colleague who is probably the most passionate person on the Ultimaker 3D printers. Always accessible for support and help when needed. A hard worker with an excellent analytical approach. It was a true pleasure to work with Elber.
