Specified by and deliberated with the Ultimaker management board team;- Proposing strategic and tactical plans to the Ultimaker management board team and if approved realizing them; - Assure that the department Manufacturing is maneuverable: scaling up and down on FTE and purchasing and production level if the supply and demand changes.Coordinating my enthusiast team is the most rewarding part of the job. With good management and planning we make great things happen for our customers. We collaborate with the local social work facility to create jobs for the less fortunate people.
