  Planning for and successfully delivering the Canoe events at the London 2012 Olympic Games. Working in close consultation with the International Federation, ensuring that the 2 venues (Lee Valley & Eton Dorney) were fully prepared for the requirements of the sport and provided the best possible environment, services and support for the athletes and officials. This involved liaising with over 30 departments at LOCOG to influence the development of the venue and plan the service provision that was essential for the successful delivery of the 2 competitions.
