Started with Bowen Realty, a large locally owned real estate company, back in 1987. Bowen Realty later merged with Illustrated Properties and now I am with Exit Realty Premier. Locally owned franchise, Exit Realty Premier, has grown substantially and has a great market share in this area. Change, in this case, has been a great experience.After 30 years I decided to go get my Broker's license. After many classroom hours and studying hours, I passed my state exam, June, 2016. Now that it's over, I am so happy that I did it.
