  I plan, create, update and maintain customer documentation, based on Comptel documentation standards, for the Comptel Inventory product. To carry out these tasks, I use the following software: RoboHelp, Adobe FrameMaker, Structured FrameMaker (DITA), MS Word and graphics tools. I work both as part of a local Scrum team and as a member of the Documentation Group in Comptel. This involves daily communication with product developers and testers in Norway, as well as regular communication with testers, User Interface developers and software developers in Malaysia, UK, India and Finland. In addition, I participate in monthly meetings and discussions about methods, tools and processes with other members of the Documentation Team. I help maintain internal guidelines and update documentation templates. We perform peer reviews and proof-read each others content prior to release in order to ensure compliance with our internal style guide. I participate in Agile development meetings, sprint reviews and sprint planning to discuss and plan project progress. Show less
