    • Project Manager - Regulatory Science Ireland
      • Mar 2014 - Jun 2014

Colleagues from UCC and DIT are proposing the establishment of a new initiative that aims to further develop Irish research, education and regulatory involvement in the emerging field of Regulatory Science. The working title for this initiative is “Regulatory Science Ireland (RSI)” and it is envisioned that it would facilitate the promotion of research-led innovation, the provision of focused educational programs and the establishment of a National Regulatory Science Forum. The RSI founders are convinced that building global expertise in these areas is critical for the long term vigour of life sciences activities in Ireland and have in the first instance explored the topic with the Irish Medicines Board (IMB). The IMB has indicated strong support for the initiative and can foresee its active involvement. Show less
