  The Arboretum is a destination lifestyle store ^ garden centre on the KIlkenny Rd, Carlow. I worked her as part of the A LIst reward Card adminsitration team and also handled general customer service. The previous reward card had been established for 5 years and had amassed 9000 members. The A List reward offering was an instant success and after a major marketing & in-store campaign we achieved 20,000 members in 12 mths.
