My role as a Customer Accounts manager at First Fence involves me keeping a clear and approachable line of communication with our vast range of customers. As I am responsible for maintaining a high level of communication, I must ensure that I keep any tasks fully updated for the customer and for fellow team members. Working for First Fence over the past 2 years has allowed me to develop my own niche skill set leading to a growth in confidence within my job role. Meaning that I can comfortably manage my own work load and use my initiative independently. My key responsibilities include managing customers personal accounts, whether it is over the phone, via email or face to face. I am totally immersed when it comes to providing the best possible customer service, this role allows me to network with customers as well as liaise with First Fences’ numerous depots in order to ensure the customers get the highest standard of personalised service within my capabilities.
