  I joined First Active Plc in May 1990. During my time I worked in many departments. I worked as a Senior Customer Service Officer and I looked after both external and internal stakeholders. As a senior staff member I had several different responsibilities to my team and to our stakeholders. Working on my own and working as part of team. During a typical day I was responsible for administrative work , mentoring and taking calls from customers. All of this was designed to lessen the daily workload of the team supervisor and to provide .excellent customer service to our customers I made use of my problem solving and interpersonal skills on a daily basis. I won many awards including most customer centric and for delivering excellent service to our stakeholders.
