Responsible for answering questions and inquiries regarding educational programs and course offerings, degree plans, certifications, educational costs and payment timelines & options, schedule changes, transcript requests and graduation requirements. Provide accurate information concerning all University degree programs and courses to current and prospective students. Assist students in the admission and registration process. Interpret University admission regulations and other regulations for potential students. Provide accurate information to all potential students concerning admission requirements for International students. Assist in referring students to appropriate sources of information, departments or outside agencies that provide support for educationally related needs. Advise students regarding the procedure of transferring of credits from other institutions and for transferring credits to other institutions. Receive payments from students and provide a receipt of the transaction. Contact and recruit potential students utilizing inquiries received from various marketing sources.
