My interaction with Elaine has been during my 3.5-year tenure as a member/officer of the Hickok Center Board of Directors and hers as the Center's Executive Director/CEO. In that time, she has facilitated growth that has tripled the size of the organization. Under her leadership the organization has increased number of individuals served, opened a satellite office, purchased a building in which to provide services, and diversified services offered. Elaine displays a commitment to the organization's members (population served is individuals with brain injuries) and mission. Her decisions regarding the growth of the organization are consistently made with the best interest of the members in mind.
