I have been in Real Estate for 22 years. I have always loved real estate. It seems to be in my blood line. I wanted to buy an apartment building with my father when I was in college. Unfortunately he turned my down. It was one block away from Venice Beach. My mom said I should have come to her! She did buy an apartment building in Hollywood and to this day, the income is keeping enabling her to live in a very nice retirement complex in southern California. My grandmother taught real estate in Berkley for 20 years from the age of 65 to 85. She helped write the first "Real Estate for California" handbook in 1955. Her name was Mary Fisher. Show less
