Elaina is one of the most diligent, talented professionals I've had the pleasure of working with. Her passion, meticulous approach, and deep commitment to excellence not only elevate the quality of her work but also drive projects to successful outcomes. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Elaina starting in early 2020. Elaina worked with us at Dolby on an integration, broadcast, social and an activation, for Univision's Premio Lo Nuestro in February. Due to the short runway we had (nothing like a last minute decision to activate!), the Dolby and Univision teams had to work incredibly collaboratively, lose the standard "Media/Client" relationship pretty quickly! Elaina was our lead on the program. She jumped in on day one and it was quickly evident that we had a phenomenal partner to help us through. When you pull off an integration at pretty close to the last minute, if there is one weak link, the entire thing falls apart. Elaina ensured that there was never a possibility of that. We went from literally zero to ideation and execution in less than three weeks. We had plenty of last minute bumps in the road, but Elaina handled them perfectly and found the solutions. She let nothing stop her and even spent a night without sleep working through last minute event execution issues with us. The pressure was significant, but she never faltered and we always felt we were a great team together. The entire Dolby activation team trusted and leaned on Elaina and we couldn't have been happier with the activation. Our social, PR, events and broadcast team all worked seamlessly with Elaina helming all parts of the relationship and activation. For the Dolby activation, I was exceptionally lucky to have Elaina as our partner and would recommend her without hesitation for any position.

The result: Growth of existing partnerships (Pepsi, Quaker, Nissan, Ford, State Farm) and the development of new ones (Dolby, Target, U.S. Census Bureau). I fostered the professional development of three New York-based marketing managers and two Miami-based project managers, yielding the promotion of two of them.
