  I work directly on the back end of the official Mega Plaza shopping mall's website, creating an aesthetic and user-friendly atmosphere for interested and prospective online clients. I keep up with the latest market trends, fastest-selling, seasonal commodities, and promotional windows. I also ensure that I am always up to date on the inventory updates of stocks, their availability with the most competitive prices available. On purchase, I ensure that clients got exactly what they ordered for and within a target time. All items that are not available were promptly taken off the website so as not to create a clog Aside this, I also supervise the Mega Plaza car park department, where an automated ticketing and payment system is in use.   I dealt with the procurement of merchandise for the mall. With daily interactions and negotiations with suppliers and the sales team to understand recent market drives and trends and use this information to generate purchase orders based on the perceived demands and availability of the products from these suppliers. It also includes preparing and managing proposals for supplies, reviewing large value purchase orders, and managing the bidding processes. With a strong adherence to ensuring that the organization's procurement policies are strongly adhered to.In addition to this, I try to forecast the future purchase trends, particularly as it affects the total sales, engagements, and turnover of the company.I look out for the purchase of specific commodity types, brands, and models as well as manage the entire procurement process from requisition to purchase orders as well as go into negotiations with suppliers for special promotional offers.
