SAP PP SUPPORT CONSULTANT ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY :- -Defined reporting points for the back flush process. -Configured order types, REM profile and MRP parameters. -Configured Purchase order types, Scheduling agreement types. - Implemented repetitive manufacturing environment for production activities. - Involved in the configuration and maintenance of master data like as material master, BOM, Routing, Rate routing, Production Version. - Maintained number ranges for order, routings and inventory documents. -Coordinate with technical consultants (ABAP) and give functional specification for customizing report. -Good knowledge of SAP PP & QM Module and working as end user and support level & solving errors. - Familiar with Material master,MRP,ECR, Routing,BOM, work centre, capacity planning etc. and use of it . - Transfer posting plant to plant transfer, within plant transfer one location to another location. - Create Purchase Requisition and Create Notifications During Vendor Rejection & Line Rejection Booked In Sap System and print rejection note . -Material posting unrestricted use location after inspection. - Check stock as per production plan daily according to particular bill of materials,if any shortage then inform production supervisor. - Create pp order and good receipt again production order. - To create reservation and good issue for production as per bill of materials. - Monitoring monthly Vendor Rejection booked in system and entry in excel sheet . It is helpful PPM . - Booked Inhouse Scrap rejection in Sap System and to creat notifications. - monitoring inventory management monthly basis. - lnvolvement in Newly Developed Project And Handle it and complete successfully.
