London City Island is a stunning development of 1,600 residential units and 20,000 sq m of office space. - Work as part of a team assigned to a specific geographical area on the project.- Where required by the size of the project or requirements of the Client and / or his consultants and as dictated by the Senior Construction Manager, act as principal contact for a specific package contractor project wide, liaising closely with fellow Construction Managers and Assistant Managers.- Ensure site is clean and clear.- Ensure Health and Safety provisions are produced and adhered to on site.- Ensure co-ordination of activities between Trade Contractor activities, i.e. drawings / details.- Ensure on site liaison / co-ordination between Trade Contractor Works / Operatives occur.- Carry out Health and Safety / Quality audits. - Liaise with Trade Contractor operatives / foreman / site management.- Attend meetings as required by the Construction Manager.- Manage labour gang activities on site.- Ensure quality maintained during on-site works.- Liaise with consultants/ Clients to ensure compliance with design intentand resolution of design details.
