As an accredited Registrar, Ekaterina and her company's management system was audited by my organization many times over the last few years. She developed the management system from scratch, maintained it and was instrumental in helping the organization consistently achieve their quality and environmental objectives and continually improve. When ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 transitioned to the 2015 version, the management system she built required little changes as it was already addressing the risks of the organization.
