Epithelial cell biology, molecular composition of apical junctional complex, signalling, polarity. Studying the association of apical junctions of epithelial cells with the cytoskeleton, regulation of the actomyosin cytoskeleton by the apical junctions and their role in cellular mechanical properties. I was participating the organisation of the 10th Conference of the International PhD Program in Life Sciences, 2018. With the group of 6 people we organised the scientific conference for more than 100 people including invited speakers, raised CHF 33 000 of sponsorship from the biotechnology companies, organised transportation for all participants.
