My home in Arlington was flooded in 2010, and I worked with Ed's company to perform a survey that would have proved we were in the flood plain and should have been required to have flood insurance -- which we did not have. However, circumstances made that survey unnecessary as they uncovered instead a revision of FEMA flood plain maps that already included my home. But HydroTech is a great engineering firm to work with. They know their stuff, they work quickly and expertly, and their fees are reasonable based on their performance. I'd recommend them to anyone needing civil engineering consulting work or planning any type of building project.
