  Modus is a social planning firm in which I have had the pleasure of growing and learning for six fascinating years. I began my path as a public relations consultant, and over time established the urban renewal division. I oversaw a staff of five planners through dozens of urban renewal projects in innovative public-sharing models and social surveys. At Modus, I spearheaded the Kiryat Moshe neighborhood project in the city of Rehovot.   My first venture into social entrepreneurialism: a community project designed to promote urban renewal in Haifa’s Hadar neighborhood. I designed and promoted projects concerned with the physical and social aspects of neighborhood life, as well as executing original neighborhood renewal initiatives such as a student volunteer project for which I outlined the vision, value proposition, and strategy.
