As the chief executive of EKO Investments, Eissa oversees a broad portfolio of individually-run companies across the civil construction, oil & gas, landscaping, general contracting industries and artificial intelligence. With direct accountability for their leadership teams and P&L, Eissa is a figurehead for suppliers and customers, and primary decision-maker for new growth opportunities. At Bin Butti, Eissa received immersive exposure to a fast-paced, rapid-change operations environment with a mandate to evaluate existing processes, identify gaps or deficiencies, and create corrective action plans. Over the course of 3 months, he was instrumental in producing a comprehensive list of actions that are projected to save AED 4.6M annually for the company through process improvements and fixed cost reductions.
