Einar is a very talented and experienced developer, this especially comes across in the quality of the work he produces and the knowledge he applies to technical discussions. His knowledge in architecture and design is exceptional. I can say from endless hours of pairing sessions that he is a pleasure to work with and is very constructive and pragmatic when it comes to problem solving as a team. He will be a real asset to any team he ends up with next and I hope to have the pleasure of working with him in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Einar Örn for 12 years as the head of IT at the Central Bank of Iceland where Einar worked as a software engineer, and where he oversaw the design, development and operations of the time series database and related systems for the statistical data of the bank. Einar was energetic, resourceful and focused on his projects and also very helpful to other employees at the bank, a well-liked employee that was fun to be around. A reliable and trustworthy colleague that I can highly recommend

In 2012 I was the leader of a group that adapted the DataMarket solution that is used for the bank‘s statistical publications. In addition to that work I designed a system that automatically publishes data for relevant publication dates.
