I had the opportunity to work with Eilidh for 7 months when they managed two university partnerships at upReach. Eilidh had joint responsibility of managing our largest university partner and one of our newest partners. This mixed workload presented very different challenges. Eilidh was able to consistently problem solve and stay on top of projects/tasks for both partners. Throughout our time together Eilidh stood out to me as someone who is a keen problem solver and able to support external stakeholders effectively to provide high quality services. Most notably, Eilidh was able to effectively build brand awareness and presence on campus for her newer partner to fill the pipeline quickly. This speaks to Eilidh's dedication, creativity and ability to work well with multiple parties to deliver on projects. When Eilidh transitioned into her role as Law Programme Coordinator at the charity I was very pleased for her but sad to lose such a strong team mate. I can recommend Eilidh for her partnership liaison skills, her student support delivery and her ability to present complex and detailed reports clearly to a variety of stakeholders.

Eilidh has demonstrated strong career motivation and engagement with the upReach programme, as reflected by her achievement of the Gold Charity and Social Impact Springboard Award. Eilidh has shown huge drive and commitment to build her skills further whilst on the programme, attending sessions to enhance her career knowledge and commercial awareness. She has also undertaken opportunities to network with employers and other Associates at our Insight Days and campus events. It has been a pleasure to work with such a motivated and talented individual, and I look forward to seeing where she goes next!
