I started with Coleman Insights during the summer of 1997 in a temporary accounting position. I became a permanent employee within the first three months and the following year was promoted to Business Manager. In 2008 I was promoted to Director of Business Operation and in January 2017, I became VP of Business Operations. My responsibilities include oversights of the company's finances, human resources, facilities, and information technology. After Coleman Insights adopted Salesforce in 2009 as their CRM, I obtained my Salesforce certification and assumed the role of Salesforce Administrator.
