My role of public relations officer entailed running the social media accounts of the Maynooth University Music Society. This involved creating posters, keeping up to date on up coming events as well as sending out emails and promoting these events on social media. As well as this as secretary my main roles were to take notes at meetings, keep up to date on events occurring through out the academic year, both weekly and special events, and make sure that roles were allocated in the organising of events to have them run as smoothly as possible.
