  Undergraduate research assistant under the supervision of Professor Peter Guiden. Our research focuses on the interactions between small vertebrates and plant species and their influence on forest development. Alongside Professor Guiden's research, I manage an individual research project that looks at the process "seed raining" to determine seed dispersal tendencies and tree synchrony during masting periods.

  Involved with the Land and Forest Stewardship group at Hamilton College that works to promote carbon sequestration through the land with the goal of accomplishing institutional carbon neutrality in 2030. Organized sustainable initiatives on campus such as planning Green Week and changes to thesustainability page on the Hamilton College Website.

• Student Assistant of Environmental Health and Safety

  Worked alongside Director of Environmental Protection, Safety, and Sustainability on projects suchas the Green Attributes Project and reforesting of one of Hamilton College’s agricultural fields. Collaborated with co-interns working to receive a DEC Grant from New York State to assist withfurther reforestation efforts.
