I also gained a certification as a competent private water supply sampler by CATG. I analysed borehole test pumping data and monitoring data for various projects and developed hydrogeological conceptual models based on the data and desk-study. I wrote various reports, including test pumping reports, hydrogeological risk assessments, water feasibility studies, pathway to licensing and water feature surveys. Additionally, I completed several abstraction licence applications and assisted in the entire process for obtaining a licence from the borehole feasibility study through to licence delivery.

This platform provides an understanding of the environmental impacts of various products in the supply chain and can be used by consumers, manufacturers and suppliers. As an Environmental Sustainability Intern, I modelled household hazardous waste product life cycles in Excel to determine the environmental impact of reduced product disposal on carbon emissions. I used this information to develop product rules and specifications for sorting products using a data and analytics platform called Kibana. One of the final aspects of my internship project was to analyse and manipulate the data from the database to interpret the diversion costs associated with products in the waste stream. Show less
