Translates technical jargon into plain english! Having worked closely with Jess for the past 2+ years, I can honestly say that I would have often been in trouble if it wasn't for her amazing technical ability. Working with websites, it is easy for both myself and customers to get stuck with WCAG guidelines, technical jargon and anything else a website can throw at you. Jess however changed all of this through her amazing video guides and clear explanations. I always said that Jess was my tech translator! Thank you Jess, its been an amazing experience working with you and thank you for your patience with me! Could not recommend enough.

Jessica has been very helpfull and really have shown her concern for the field of business we are working in. Insites is, also for care organisations, a great tool to improve our digital services for clients and parents. We are a very satisfied customer in the Netherlands.
