I was privileged to represent Katimavik as Ehsan's Project Leader in the community of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. I was able to determine early in his rotation that Ehsan was most everything a PL could hope for in a volunteer. A goal oriented, passionate, and diplomatic individual, Ehsan holds himself and others to high, yet reasonable standards. Ehsan displays natural leadership abilities and those within his group and community surely benefit from working alongside him in pursuit of common objectives. Clearly an actively engaged, civic-minded member of his community, Ehsan exudes confidence and a unique ability to project eloquent points of view and, at the same time, reflect upon the views of others within his community. I believe Ehsan will make a welcome and contributing addition to any team or organization that is fortunate enough to welcome him into the fold.
