Few transmission network managers know each and every port of their equipment without having to look back at their planning data. Ehsan could tell, from the top of his mind, how his many nodes were configured down to the port level. He has an absolutely clear mind and a lot of experience in TX planning and optimisation. He also understands the financial side of the business and manages his budget efficiently. Having him in my team was a blessing for me and his direct manager as we did not have to worry much about a large part of the network that was under his care. He is an engineering manager with massive hands-on experience and serious work ethics. I wish him all the best in his career.
