It was a pleasure to closely work with Mrs. Ehsan for more than 5 years. Mrs. Ehsan is a an outstanding employee with a rich experience in admission and registering field at universities. She stayed on top of all new projects related to student services, business analysis, accreditation, and coordinated the upgrading of the SIS system from planning, implementation, to follow-up. She is innovative, organized as well as helpful and is always open to ideas and suggestions. Mrs. Ehsan was also an effective contributor to Student Affairs division’s success. She enthusiastically took over additional responsibilities as they became available and handled each new role with professionalism. She is a valuable asset to any organization.

Throughout my years of experience in educational management, I have met many talented individual, yet Ehsan will be a person who will always stand out. Ehsan is a remarkable personality; she is a role model employee who excels and shines in many domains. Highly intelligent, with exceptionally high IQ and EQ, she is an achiever and a leader. Her team loves her and feels comfortable working under her leadership. She is an amazing manager and a very diligent employee. She works for much more than finishing the task at hand. She is a perfectionist, a detail-oriented person and a solution-orientated person. Besides her academic achievements (2 master degrees - one in mathematics and the other in International Relationships and Diplomacy), she has many interests and hobbies. She is a well-rounded character who loves sports (football, scuba diving, etc.,) writing, social media, culinary arts and many more fascinating hobbies and interests - all reflecting her dynamic and driven personality. At work, Ms. Ehsan is organized, meticulous, punctual and fair. She is very friendly and easy to work with. She has the rare ability of thinking outside the box to find unconventional solutions for problems and is often very creative and analytical in her approach. I worked very closely with Ehsan within my capacity as a Dean of Students. Whenever I had any issue, I knew that Ehsan would be the perfect person to go to for insight and advice, which are sound, balanced and smart. Ms Ehsan has very strong work ethics and she puts her all into any job assigned to her. She willingly helps others in the team to achieve their own targets without thinking twice about the time and effort that she spends on something which will not be of a direct benefit to her. She would not do it for acknowledgment, but for her dedication and commitment to her own core values of hard work and integrity. In short, Ms. Ehsan is the perfect employee that any institution would want to have. I personally have learnt so much working with her. I have no hesitation in recommending her for any leading position. She is an outstanding brainy person who would be a great addition to any successful team.
