Within this role, i am responsible for the daily business management of the company in terms of administration, business development, projects designs, reviews and implementation. Setting up new relationships, identifying new markets, driving growth and managing risks are all part of my responsibilities. I oversee all departments and working with the departmental heads in achieving the company's purpose and goal and growing our finances. We assess OSH needs of organisations and we develop workplace health and safety management systems to manage such organisations. We deploy our employees to such locations for supervision of all health and safety needs, we support through training, capacity building, measurement of outcomes and review again where necessary. I have led the design and setting up of site clinics and managing same for the health and wellbeing of over 2,000 employees, directed implementation of country-wide health assessment projects for banks and telecommunication companies in Nigeria. We manage the funding for these organisations towards the improvement of employees health, well-being and productivity. I have within this role initiated a program on Benzene monitoring and testing for workers in petroleum and gas sector, this was tough but an amazing experience. I have also initiated drug and alcohol samples collection and testing program for offshore workers and shipping crew members sailing into Nigerian waters. These have been very successful programs. I was employed here to develop an entirely new arm of the business focused on medical safety which invariable is modern day healthcare safety and quality improvement. I was saddled with the responsibility of engaging hospitals and healthcare systems with the overall aim of supporting those systems with our safe hospital processes. We sought for ailing hospitals, design and implement a business rescue system for the facility, restructure the system and take over the management for a minimum of two years before handover. I designed all the sales materials, hired sales team, offered all trainings and launch them into the market with the new product.
