As e-channels product manager I took part in two projects, both of them in a scrum teams as a product owner: • Building brand new self-service. As a product owner I was responsible for the final result of what the team will deliver. Meaning my main concern was to puzzle out business needs and main problematic areas, work together with business analysts, IT architects and UX designers to figure out best possible solutions. Next to it I always had to be aware of the market and prioritize the backlog so that the functionalities we are implementing first would be the most valuable for the customer and fulfilling the business needs. • Developing self-service app with an international agile team as a product owner.
