Elyse spent a year with CCNY, Inc. as an MSW field placement. Her contributions to the organization's work went above and beyond expectations in that she not only implemented validated evaluation tools, but she also regularly made herself available to help other team members on projects that did not relate to her own. Her impressive organization and communication skills made her both efficient and usually a step ahead of everyone else. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a staff member who is intelligent, driven, hard working, and curious. Her humility and congeniality make her a pleasure to work with on a daily basis. Please don't hesitate to reach out to my directly with more questions about her performance or professional skills.

Elyse's work and commitment in her role as Champion Network Graduate Assistant has been exceptional. She consistently applies her project management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines and achieve strategic goals. The Champion Network strategy at the University at Buffalo is an initiative to create and support an ecosystem of career awareness and education for faculty members in order to support student success. Elyse has been instrumental in laying the groundwork for the strategy and creating successful academic department partnerships. Elyse's work in creating an online course for faculty containing eight learning modules with activities that cover topics that include online profiles, salary negotiation, networking and interviewing has been such a valuable resource for faculty, staff and students at the University at Buffalo. Her commitment, planning, collaboration, and attention to detail with this project is a testament to her professionalism. I look forward to watching where Elyse's professional journey takes her next. She is an incredible talent.
