Master’s Thesis Project pursued in an international academic environment within the ECOGAL project. • The main goal is to evaluate the influence of a Local Bubble like cavity on the Stokes’ parameters received by an observer placed at the centre of the cavity. The simulations are performed using POLARIS (programming language C) and analyzed with P ython. • Small side project: Simulation of the polarization pattern of the Musca filament in case of helical magnetic field configurations.
