I have known Efrat for 5 years and she is a remarkable strategist. Efrat led efforts at the CA Department of Health Care Services to identify behavioral health integration strategies for the 1115 Waiver from 2015. Efrat offered insightful leadership and tireless focus on designing an excellent expert group session and key informant interviews. Efrat and I also worked together on a series of key informant interviews for the California Health Care Foundation to design a road map for behavioral health integration for the state of California. Efrat now serves as the Vice President of Health Care Strategy for Uniper Care, a company offering unique solutions to address social isolation in older adults. She brings her skills in research, networking, and leadership to this role and as a result has increased the companies ability to operate more effectively in the healthcare arena. Efrat is committed to any project she engages in and is tireless in her focus on achieving shared goals. I feel honored to have the ability to work with her.
