  Worked in Angela Pisco's Data Science (DS-QCS) Team under the supervision of Alejandro Granados. Developed a model to investigate batch effects in transcriptomics data using linear transformations. Using insights from the model, I developed an algorithm to integrate single-cell transcriptomics data across development, considering the statistics of underlying biological processes.
