I am very particular about who leads me as I believe I feed off the energy they provide hence when I found out Efe would be my manager, I did all my research and was inspired by my findings. ED as we fondly address her is a rich blend of expertise, discipline and elegance. Her leadership style is impactful and she gave us all room to fly. I must say; if you are not driven with a focus in mind, you may struggle as she is intentional about ensuring you grow on all fours.
