Efe is a strong technical engineer who ensures that he delivers with the highest quality on every project that he works on. Efe has a strong ability to look at a technical challenge, break it down pragmatically and see the bigger picture of the ask. During his time with the Maps and Geospatial team Efe was a forward thinking engineer, being a key developer of a new App Experience that we introduced, he worked on implementing scalable solutions to move us away from a legacy codebase and he introduced a good area of new approaches to how we develop. A solid team player, Efe was happy to assume any role that was asked of him and even on occasion ventured into the .NET technical stack as the time necessitated. Efe is quick and keen to learn new technologies, new frameworks etc and his thirst for learning was evident in how he improved some aspects of our project such as a better approach to dependency injection to improve code coverage. It really highlights that he is a fan of constant improvement and a keen practitioner of his mantra. Efe also had a stint as a team lead for a short period of time, stepping up in the absence of the permanent lead and performed very well in this role. He was also an avid contributor to our Architecture team, in a mobile capacity. Efe is someone who will fit in well to any development team he joins in any capacity and he's a positive asset to any company he joins.
