Kenneth is a very organised and efficient person. During our time together at EET, he was always extremely helpful and very informative and always willing to go the extra mile to help. I would recommend him to any company as I believe he’s an asset for any company, a real team player.

I have over the past 4 years worked closely with Kenneth, where he has been a product manager and purchaser responsible for a large part of the most important brands for our Pro AV & Digtal signage business. He is in control of his things, he is able to see things from a customer's perspective, which is a huge help seen from a sales point of view. Kenneth is flexible and always ready to help and come up with solutions even in stressful situations. It has been a pleasure to work with Kenneth and for a future employer, he will be a big asset. Kenneth is liked by all and I can only give Kenneth the best recommendations, both as a colleague and as a friend.

When the long good run ended in the Apple® focused trade, a new chapter began with Pro AV at EET Group and their purchase/logistical headquarter. EET had only a few months prior gone all in on this, for them, new business area. Once again found myself literally stepping in on the first day and got to work straight away implementing cornerstones. This time in regards to e.g. strategical partners supporting the dive into the Pro AV market. Along the way I became involved in depth with numerous elements not only relating specifically to Pro AV, but also those parts having significance in an overall light. Inter alia; acquisitions, “building bridges” between HQ and sales branches around Europe, finding best practices or better for existing plus going that extra mile to try and achieve a prime quality outcome. All this matched my enjoyment of taking part in the responsibility for a healthy evolving process to reach a stable foundation and running improvement, benefitting the greater whole rather than just the smaller entities! • Logistics & Purchase Manager
      • 2009 - 2014

After the global financial crisis of ’07/’08 hit with full force new active investors entered the scene at Humac. A series of smaller to larger restructuring initiatives began hereafter. One comprehensive being it was concluded a considerable number of changes was needed at the Norwegian branch. As a result I ended up taking charge of everything related to the procurement and supply affairs in Norway. To name a handful of the vital parts of this mission: ✓ Improving system item-structure, warehouse and picking setup. ✓ Implementing new vendors and replaced existing after a running cost-benefit analysis. ✓ Trimmed the assortment to avoid too much direct competition among brands and offered models = Keeping it simple to minimise overstock situations and take advantage of a more focused overview for the sales team. Thereby generating high-runners in larger scale and consequently a more convincing platform for negotiating better terms with suppliers. ✓ By means of inclusive communication and showing a path forward helped revamp and strengthen ties between the sales-, service-, finance- and purchase department. ✓ Backbone in securing inventory and extraordinary vendor backing for a quickly expanding row of new sales venues. To sum it up; was a very proactive stakeholder in a turnaround phase and positively proved my approach for optimising and streamlining, while performing all the necessary assignments, very much stood up to the test of practical real life! • Logistics & Purchase

Office Line was acquired by Humac and with this the latter obtained an entire back office team and multiple shop location in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, which it up till then had to a limited extent. In this connection I progressed into the realm of procurement after having had a strong wish to follow this path for a while. From day 1 in the new position I was to everyones satisfaction able to meet and solve the challenges encountered. Thus, took an even more active part in helping the business flourish. During this period worked in teams of 2-4 people which proved an effective constellation, where all team members could support and act as backup for each other in the best possible way. Positive reminder that no chain is stronger than its weakest link! Show less

    • Solutions Sales
      • 2001 - 2006

Office Line was the go-to specialist for everything Apple® back then with its enthusiastic and service minded work force. The years in retail sales gave some immensely interesting and valuable experiences, which became stabil building blocks moving into the future career of mine. Among the aspects was the fundamental direct interaction with end users, which for some can be a frustrating task. Was personally pleased to conclude a respectful approach to ones fellow human beings always pays off in the end. In other words, the trustworthy old saying to treat your surroundings in the same manner as you would like to be treated, never goes out of fashion. Though it may seem obvious; the importance of team work and having colleagues in whom you can trust was equally truly confirmed to be key, both at the time and indeed later on! Show less
