As a client of mine for the better part of 2007, Erica demonstrated sound leadership and decision making. In an organization such as Freddie Mac, with billions of dollars at play daily, her efforts to organize and coordinate critical business continuity programs, while managing full-time and contract staff were invaluable. She always had a positive attitude, and treated her employees and consultants with equality and fairness. I would work for/with her again.
