Develop bid strategy, schedule and estimates in conjunction with functional groups/disciplines. ❖ Participate in technical meetings with vendors and clients. Act as the client's single point and maintain a professional relationship with client representatives within the contractual obligations. ❖ Prepare proposal based on the material requisition as per the technical requirement of service condition, mechanical datasheet, PFD, P&ID, blueprints, specification, ASME codes, NACE, HIC, PWHT/PMI, IGC, NDT, surface coating requirements and other bidding requirements. ❖ Prepare MTO, BOQ, Proposal, technical specifications, basic design, drawings for all static equipment including shell & tube exchanger, combustion chambers, boilers, column, pressure vessels, steam drums, tall process columns, reactors, regenerator, separators, scrubbers, crude oil tanks, flare package, filter package, electrical heater package, flare stacks, ignition skids and flare tip, gas metering skids, Burner skids, auxiliary structures, Skid structures, pressure piping and other static equipment’s.

𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌: ❖ Preparation of proposals for static equipment in the oil and gas industry based on the material requisition, technical requirement of service condition, mechanical data sheets & specifications, ASME Codes, HIC, PWHT, PMI, IGC, NDT, Surface Coating requirements, etc… ❖ Act as the single point of contact with the Client and to ensure that positive relations are maintained with Client Representatives within the Contract obligations ❖ Support the Sales/ Business Development/ Marketing team when required ❖ Preparation of estimations for static equipment including Shell & Tube Exchanger, Boilers, Column, Pressure Vessels, Separators, Scrubbers, Flare Package, Filter package, Flare Stacks, Flare Tip, Ignition skids, metering skids, compressor package, spools fabrication, etc… ❖ Carry out preliminary design for pressure vessels with the PV Elite software or manual spreadsheets ❖ Co-ordination with all interdisciplinary department including Process, Piping, Instrument, Planning, Projects, Electrical, Procurement, Design department and sub vendors for active preparation of Proposal ❖ Familiar with International codes & standards like ASME (SEC. VIII-Div-1 & Div-2), B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, Aramco STD, Shell STD etc. as applied to Static Equipment in Oil & gas industries ❖ Meet deadlines to submission dates.
