      I am a healthy eating tutor on a course for parents and children in primary schools and children centres in Islington, the course is called Family kitchen. the sessions focus on children and their parent/career learning how to cook and eat healthy meals together. Each session is 90 minutes and each week we focus on a different topic including the Eatwell plate, hidden sugar, weighing and measuring,and meal planning. During each session we prepare a three course meal using a recipe from the Family Kitchen recipe book. We all sit down together and eat as a group. Show less
