The assignment was to create a sales organisation in China to reach the Chinese market. Additionally I was asked to research the possibility of creating a franchise-concept in China's large cities. The sourcing process for this product line, which mainly takes place in Asia, was founded with agencies for some product groups and an internal sourcing office for the majority of the product line in Hong Kong (Didden Hong Kong Limited).
