Screened up to 1028 applicants and reduced shortlist by 97% to hire 30 interns (50% MBA) over a 4 month period aligned to university recruiting timelines in 8 countries to ensure hiring of top talent - Successfully filled 13 of the 15 Singapore based full time roles by interns in 2017.
