  Responsible for quality control for both the assembly area and incoming raw products from different manufacturers by conducting physical inspections and using measuring devices for accuracy. Coordinated and scheduled pick up of outgoing unfinished products and deliveries of incoming finished products with eight separate facilities throughout South Carolina to keep optimal inventory levels for customer orders. Implemented new protocols for inspection criteria on new products entering the marketplace. Created a positive work environment by improving morale and working closely with the assembly line employees, inspired others to improve their attention to detail by setting the example and using strategic leadership, thus improving the overall quality to keep up with a fast paced environment.
