The terminal is designed after state of the art principles with advanced operations philosophies ensuring a cost efficient operation. As the project right from start-up was time critical, wherefore the assignment as assistant project manager has been to direct and coordinate the terminal operator’s internal as well as the external resources in project office set-up, terminal design, operations, terminal access control and customs relations towards finalizing the project in 9 months.
