While Mr. Tubens is not a direct report, I had the pleasure of working collaboratively with him during a very critical point in our recent history, the "Pandemic Pivot". He was one of the key members of a very effective team who helped the transition of over 3000 students from a purely campus-based instruction to online format. This pivot included extensive outreach, training and early intervention initiatives that ensured a smooth transition and student success in those very difficult times. Tubens was not only a dedicated participant but also a strong contributor with innovative ideas to help students navigate those turbulent times.
