The overall purpose of the Housing Navigator is to ensure that all housing procured for the Transition in Place (TIP) program meets all the standards as provided by the Department of Veteran’s Affairs (VA) and the TIP program. The incumbent will also coordinate and conduct outreach to various agencies, shelters, community resource centers to find referrals of needy veterans for the TIP Program and conduct presentations for the TIP Program that promotes a better quality of life for veterans.
