I lead a talented team of 10+ Ruby developers. Together we are responsible for the vzaar platform, made up of multiple Ruby applications. The platform delivers in excess of 30TB of video playback data daily, handling in excess of 20 million requests per day. In addition to hands-on development, I also work closely with our CTO and project manager to design, specify and prioritise work based on the current and long-term business needs.
